Advanced Domestic Violence Studies for Judges
This Advanced Domestic Violence Studies for Judges (ADVSJ) training program provides an opportunity for judges to explore the complex and nuanced domestic violence (DV) topic of how to identify the dynamics and characteristics of domestic violence victims and the effects on victims and children. Judges who successfully complete the ten modules are eligible to claim 10 CJE's by emailing CJEMail@swissabc.net and certifying that they attended the entirety of the course, (Course #21-120) or by specifying which portion(s) they did attend. Attorneys can receive up to 10 CLE's by contacting the Florida Bar and referencing Course #2412144N.
Batterers' Intervention Program - List of Providers
The Florida Department of Children and Families maintains a list of certified Batterers' Intervention Program Providers. Information about available BIP providers is required to be provided to anyone who is court-ordered to participate.

Florida Domestic Violence Court Information System - FDVCIS
The Florida Domestic Violence Court Information System (FDVCIS) is a system that allows you, the user, to search for civil injunctions throughout the state from 2016 to present. Search the FDVCIS database by case, participant or docket search. FDVCIS matches cases with similar data and will alert you of any matching data is found.
